Terms of Service

Information about accessing the Sendro website and evaluating its business messaging service.

Last updated: 23 October 2026 · Public website and limited evaluation use.

1. Operator and intended users

Sendro is a business messaging software project operated by George Georgoulas, 330, 28is Oktovriou Street, Nea Peramos, Attica 190 06, Greece. Contact: georgoulasgeo@gmail.com.

These terms describe use of the public Sendro website and limited access to the Sendro service for professional/business purposes. The website is not a consumer offer or an offer to purchase a subscription. A paid business subscription requires a separately agreed written Order Form and contractual terms with the verified contracting parties.

2. Product features and limits

Sendro currently supports a limited operational WhatsApp messaging inbox. Instagram Direct is in controlled testing, while other channels and future automation may be planned or unavailable. No roadmap, sample screenshot or marketing description is a guarantee of future delivery. Authorized accounts may use only the integrations and features actually enabled for their business.

Staff should keep login credentials confidential, use appropriate authentication and remove access for departing users. Businesses remain responsible for the contents and lawfulness of messages they send or process through the service.

3. Messaging platforms

Delivery and availability depend on third-party platforms including Meta/WhatsApp and, when enabled, Instagram. These providers may change their APIs, authorizations, service policies, message windows, permissions or availability independently of Sendro. Businesses should maintain alternative communication methods for urgent reservations, safety issues and time-sensitive customer matters. Nothing here removes any duties that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

4. Data protection

The business using Sendro ordinarily decides the purposes and lawful basis for its customer communications and acts as their controller; Sendro typically handles those communications as processor on documented instructions. A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is required before an outside business uses the service to process personal data, together with appropriately documented security and service details.

See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions. Automatic deletion after 12 months has not been activated and must not be assumed to occur simply because a conversation is archived or hidden.

5. Limited access and prohibited conduct

Access is supplied only when individually approved. Use of the website does not create an entitlement to production software, an uninterrupted service or a service-level guarantee. Do not use Sendro for unauthorized access, unlawful or unsolicited messages, platform-policy violations, misleading communications, impersonation or infringement of others' rights.

If you identify a security vulnerability or privacy concern, report it privately to georgoulasgeo@gmail.com and do not publicly disclose customer messages or credentials.

6. Commercial arrangements

Subscription prices, the duration of service, taxes, renewals, support, service commitments, refunds and termination provisions are determined by a separately signed Business Subscription Agreement and Order Form. No payment obligation or license to customer data arises from viewing this website alone. Evaluation access can be suspended or withdrawn in accordance with its specifically agreed terms and mandatory law.

7. Responsibility and mandatory law

Any agreed B2B allocation or limitation of contractual liability must be set out in the separate business contract and is subject to applicable Greek law and mandatory protections. These public website terms do not impose a universal cap on customer losses, waive statutory GDPR rights, bind non-contracting data subjects or regulators, or exclude liability where the law forbids such an exclusion, including matters governed by Greek Civil Code Article 332.

Sendro's operational integrations remain subject to independent platform services, and no guarantee of universal message receipt or 24/7 monitoring is made unless expressly included in the separate customer agreement.

8. Contact and changes

For questions about this website or an evaluation, contact georgoulasgeo@gmail.com. Material changes to a signed business agreement require the agreement's applicable amendment and notice process; posting revised website terms is not automatic consent to an expanded liability allocation. Website information may be updated to reflect actual product and legal changes.
